Nuts are Nutritious.
  •  A small handful of nuts daily is enough to keep the heart disease away
  • Frequent eating of nuts improves health.
  • eating of nuts reduces heart attacks
  • reduces of risks of stokes, type 2 diabetes, gal stones are also lowered
  • eat variety of nuts
1. WALNUTS:-  Good source of  omega -3 essential fatty acids, protects heart from decreased blood supply, inflammatory diseases of bones and skin which includes arthritis, psoriasis, eczema.

                                 1 ounces = 14 halves = 185 calories  fat.

2. ALMONDS:- It is good source of proteins and richest source of different minerals, vitamins, It prevents osteoporosis, as it is rich in calcium, even fat present in this almonds is heart healthy monosaturated fat.

                                 1 ounce = 23 whole nuts = 163 calories
3. CASHEW NUTS:- It is high in antioxidents. Contains minerals like Mg,Cu,Fe,Zn. It has low content of fat when compared to other nuts.

                                 1 ounce = 157 calories
4.PISTACHIOS:- It is a great snack food with many minerals,vitamins, anti - oxidants. Regular intake will reduce bad cholestrol and increases good cholestrol.. It is great source of fibres. Voluable for fighting cancer. Control blood sugar. Aid in feeling of fullness.

                                 1 Ounce of dry roasted 49 kernals  = 162 calories.
5. PEANUTS:- It is good source of heart - healthy. Monosaturated fat, flavonoids,anti oxidants, folic acid, vitamins,minerals. help to prevent galstones and protect against Aizhaimer's disease.

                                1 ounce (dried) = 166 Calories.
 Best Usage.

Avoid unshlled nuts with splins, cracks and holes
shelled nuts should be heavy when compared to its sizw
It is better to soak nuts in water for 24 hours before using
where germination process begins, which is still more nutritious as it increase vitamin B,C
